Welcome to RomAmor

RomAmor stands out as a refined choice nestled in the heart of Ciudad de México’s vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood. With a solid 4.3-star rating, this boutique hotel blends artistic ambiance with practical comfort, offering guests a unique urban retreat steps away from the city's cultural landmarks.

Guests appreciate RomAmor’s distinctive design elements, such as its dynamic lighting options and specially crafted furniture. The interplay of green ceiling lights and patterned fixtures creates an inviting atmosphere, though there is room for improvement in lighting control for a more personalized experience. Rooms are noted for their cleanliness and thoughtful amenities, including hot tubs that enhance relaxation after exploring nearby murals at Palacio de Bellas Artes or the Aztec temple ruins.

Service quality receives frequent praise. Visitors like Rodrigo Fernandez highlight the attentive staff and well-maintained facilities, especially valuing the jacuzzi suites. However, some operational hiccups have been reported: inconsistent room service offerings and technological limitations affecting credit card payments hint at areas to refine.

RomAmor’s location is a strong asset, situated within easy reach of Cuauhtémoc’s nightlife and cultural scene. The hotel's blend of accessibility, free Wi-Fi, and on-site conveniences such as a bar and restaurant serve the modern traveler well. Notably, while it lacks a pool or fitness center, it compensates with thoughtful touches like air conditioning, free parking, and smoke-free environments.

Overall, RomAmor leaves a lasting impression by marrying creative design and sober practicality against a backdrop of rich local culture. It appeals especially to couples and culture seekers who value intimacy and artistic flair over generic hospitality. For those prioritizing service, room ambiance, and a prime location infused with Mexico City’s artistic pulse, RomAmor is a strong contender worth revisiting.

Lights and colors are great. The green ceiling light and the pattern's light should be independent so you can choose to turn on one of them. The cleaning guy kept cleaning the room next to us during our stay. It was a little bit awkward though. We weren't able to turn off the tv so now I know the entire menu, haha.

Good rooms with special furniture. A bit pricey, but they have good rooms with dumbwaiter, nice dim lights and very good hot shower

The place is quite good and the room is clean, however they didnt have the food they offered in the room service menu and it was difficult to pay with credit card because, apparently, the signal is not good enough
